Effective March 1st 2016, If you’ve used RespiratoryExam.com for 3 months or more prior to your board exam, and for some crazy reason you fail your board exam with written proof from your registrar (which will be required), we will refund 100% of your money.

a. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on RespiratoryExam.com's web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

i. modify or copy the materials;

ii. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);

iv. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or

You can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, on your dashboard, click "update profile". You will see in the bottom right corner the option to cancel your account. If you cancel the service, your cancellation will take effect immediately. After cancellation, you will no longer have access to your account and all information contained therein may be deleted by RespiratoryExam.com. RespiratoryExam.com accepts no liability for such deleted information or content. You agree RespiratoryExam.com, in its sole discretion, may terminate your password, and/or account, including and without limitation, the lack of use, or if RespiratoryExam.com believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the Terms and Conditions of Use. RespiratoryExam.com may also in its sole discretion and at any time, discontinue providing the Service, or any part thereof, with or without notice.
